Tesla Model Y Description and Dealership Info

Designed for everyday use in and around Copenhagen, the Tesla Model Y is an electric mid-size SUV that combines efficiency, space, and long-distance usability in a well-balanced package. Clean exterior lines and a refined, minimalist cabin reflect a function-led design approach, while continuous over-the-air software updates allow the vehicle to improve over time.

Efficiency-led performance is central to the updated Model Y range. The introduction of the Model Y Standard Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive adds a more efficient and accessible option, delivering up to 657 km of WLTP range. Seating for five and up to 2,118 litres of cargo space support everyday practicality alongside longer journeys.

The range also includes the Model Y Premium and Model Y Performance. The Premium introduces long-range dual-motor all-wheel drive, delivering up to 600 km of WLTP range with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, while the Model Y Performance accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 km/h. Access to Tesla’s Supercharger network throughout Denmark and across northern Europe simplifies charging and route planning, helping electric travel feel predictable and convenient.

Safety and assisted driving are supported by active systems including Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Avoidance, and Blind Spot Monitoring, supported by forward-facing cameras for enhanced awareness. Optional Full Self-Driving Capability adds further assisted driving features that provide more active guidance under driver supervision.

Inside, the cabin is spacious, flexible, and designed for comfort. Soft-touch materials, heated front seats, and effective sound insulation create a calm driving environment, while a central touchscreen integrates navigation, media, and vehicle functions into a single, intuitive interface. Premium versions add features such as an expansive glass roof, ambient lighting, and enhanced air filtration, while Performance models introduce sport-focused seating and trim.

Beyond transport, the Model Y functions as a connected digital platform. Built-in entertainment, remote vehicle access via the Tesla app, and features such as Camp Mode, Dog Mode, and Sentry Mode support a more flexible and controlled ownership experience, extending the car’s role into everyday life.
