Think the 2024 Jaguar F-Pace exceeded expectations in the midsize SUV market? Hold onto your hat — the 2025 model is here to raise the bar! While lots of global automakers are striving to capture customers’ road imaginations, Jaguar’s latest release is evidence they are in a class of their own when it comes to performance and luxury SUVs.
The UK automaker outdid itself with the 2025 F-Pace model, which delivers high performance across various editions and engine options while maintaining the same luxurious feel we expect of Jags. There’s so much we think of the 2025 Jaguar F-Pace. Let’s get to it!
Sporty on Every Side
The new F-Pace boasts a sporty profile that’s sure to turn heads and win hearts. Sculpted sides, wheel arches, and flush door handles are some of the subtle refinements that improve the SUV’s aesthetic. Its front hood is highlighted by muscular lines connecting the gloss black mesh-inspired grille. The front also gets double J-shaped running lights and sleek chrome or black accents. To enhance the luxury appeal, Jaguar added Portofino Blue and Carpathian Gray to the palette of customizable premium colors.
There’s more to the new F-Pace exterior than looks, however. For example, the sloping roofline makes more room for rear occupants, along with the optional roof rails for added storage. While there isn’t much happening at the rear, the dual exhaust outlets (SVR trim has four) give it an aggressive stance.
A True Jag at Heart
The new Jaguar F-Pace has bold styling, but its strongest feature is its power output. Although AWD is consistent across the lineup, buyers get to pick from an impressive array of engine options, including the base 246hp turbocharged engine and a 395hp 3.0L six-cylinder alternative. An additional 5.0L engine delivers 567hp on the SVR 575 Edition, and there’s an available plug-in hybrid, making the Jaguar F-Pace one of the most performance-driven SUVs in its class.
The powerhouse runs on an 8-speed auto transmission system, and its highest trim level can hit the 60mph mark in 3.8 seconds! Lower trims don’t accelerate as quickly, but they make up with responsive braking. Other notable add-ons are a 5,291-lb towing capacity and fuel efficiency – 21mpg combined on the 3.0L engines, which is more than what most rivals offer on their upgraded engine options.
Minimalist Design, Maximum Comfort
True to Jaguar’s minimalist interior theme, the 2025 Jaguar F-Pace cabin feels simple and classy, with a power moonroof and a standard 14-speaker Meridian Audio System to complement the ambience. There’s a heated auto-tilt steering wheel and an 11.4-inch display screen, while the rest of the interior keeps it clean with soft-touch materials. Front seats give a commanding road view, but the seat covers on the entry trim look too plain for a luxury car. Buyers will have to look to higher trims for classier materials and two-color combinations.
Measuring 187 inches in length, the Jaguar surpasses most compact luxury SUVs in size and competes with some midsizers. All five passengers enjoy comfortable sitting space, with 37.2 inches and 40.3 inches of front and rear legroom, respectively. There’s a class-leading 70 cubic ft. of total cargo space and 30 cubic ft. behind the 40/20/40 split-folding rear seats.

The F-Pace Control Center
Central to the 2025 Jaguar F-Pace is the Pivi Pro infotainment system, which features a standard 11.4-inch interactive display with few buttons and knobs neatly arranged for hassle-free use. The new Jag is compatible with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth for wireless connectivity. A remote app, wireless charging, and keyless entry are additional perks that further sweeten the deal.
The F-Pace’s standard Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) system provides risk assessment and emergency response. Buyers also get the ClearSight Ground View for eagle-eye awareness of the surroundings, and a Driver Monitor feature. Traffic sign recognition and Park Assist are optional packages for higher trims.
Pricing and Competition
Entry trim, F-Pace 250 Dynamic S, starts at $57,000, and you can access more optional packages that come with the F-Pace 400 for an additional $10k. Meanwhile, the range-topping SVR 575, packed with top-quality interior materials and high-performance features, comes with an MSRP of $92,400. We recommend the exclusive SVR 575 Edition, especially for its performance. But if it’s too much of an investment, both the F-Pace 250 and F-Pace 400 offer several variants to match different preferences and price points.
Since it overlaps both the compact luxury and midsize SUV segments, the 2025 Jaguar F-Pace gets heat from several rivals, including its cousin, the Range Rover Velar. Depending on the features you prioritize, the BMW X3, Mercedes-Benz GLC Class, and Audi Q5 also make close rivals. The Mercedes-Benz GLC and Range Rover Velar, for example, look more refined and sophisticated, but they lack the sportiness of the F-Pace. Similarly, competitors like the Volvo XC60 may offer lower pricing, while the BMW X3 excels in off-road performance. However, with its aesthetic, comfy cabin, and variety of engine options, the F-Pace stands out as a truly worthy buy.

Way to Go
Historically, the F-Pace is renowned for prioritizing performance over comfort, but the 2025 model strikes a balance; it smooths out sharp turns and absorbs bumps nicely. The well-weighted steering wheel provides firm control, and thanks to its multiple driving modes, drivers don’t have to worry about changing road conditions. Highway drive is smooth and quiet, and the supercharged V8 engine trims provide the road presence of a sports car. We must mention, however, that the base trim doesn’t compete quite strongly in its class – not in performance or cabin feel – but higher trims and gas engine options change the narrative.
Although the F-Pace has been discontinued in the UK market, it remains available in the US and other regions, standing as one of the few surviving nameplates until Jaguar releases the anticipated four-door electric GT in 2026.
